Discourse is speech, a process of linguistic activity, a way of speaking, a text immersed in a communication situation. There are three main types of use of the term "discourse". Within the framework of the first type of definitions, a linguistic approach to the concept and term is implemented. The second linguistic approach is implemented within the framework of stylistics, it is a refinement of the traditional concepts of style and individual language.
