O knihe
This book is about the use of mathematics in medicine. It entails solving formulated real-life problems mathematically; coding mathematical functions using Wolfram Mathematica software; and graphically and tabularly presenting the simulated results. The geometry of atherosclerosis was derived in this book, along with the momentum equation, energy equation, and lipid concentration equations, subject to some boundary conditions. The obtained results involve some biophysical parameters such as magnetic field parameter, radiation absorption parameter, Womesley number, Schmidt number, thermal Grashof number, and solutal Grashof number that were varied within a certain range to see the effect of those relevant parameter variations on the atherosclerotic blood flow through a cylindrical channel.
