O knihe
Mines are a separate property of land ownership; they belong to the nation and constitute a particular public domain. Is it possible to say more? In this book, we will return briefly to the nascent politico-legal configuration of an "advanced anti-crisis warning system". This system, it is true, can only claim modest success so far, but we believe that its initial results open up vast prospects for strengthening prudential politico-legal supervision through improved creativity mending in several countries of the world. Several times overhauled, its recodification has resulted in orders, currently in force. In order to know more about the constants and the irregularities, a project of reform of the mining code in several countries is still in progress, aiming in particular to bring it in conformity with the Charter of the environment. We have made a significant step forward here by exploiting the different mining codes that until now have been little known on the mining legislation of more than sixty countries for nearly fifty years (and more in some cases).
