O knihe
The organic liquids are often mixed together in real practical purposes and hence the mixing of any of two types of liquids are expected to yield complex fluid build up of probably variety of structures at molecules as well as bulk states. So binary mixtures of these liquids represent model fluids for studying and understanding the type and relative strength of various weak or strong molecular interactions in complex fluid state. The direct evidence for monitoring such interactions can in principle come from spectroscopic studies, but the analysis of spectra from pure liquids often is cumber some and hence dilutes solutions of structured liquids. Inert solvents are often used in such studies. But the moment a second component is added the liquid under study practically or sometimes totally loose its native structural arrangement. So, the state of molecular structure in organic liquids associating as well non associating, is discerned indirectly. This approach is based on the fact that the alignment, orientation, packing and mobility in mixed molecular state or pure state have direct effect on various physical properties, which can be measured experimentally to the highest accuracy.
