O knihe

This research reports on factors that predict feelings of self-efficacy among students in teacher education. The choice of self-efficacy in teacher education is that students who are confident in their own abilities are more likely to try different strategies, persevere, and succeed than those who are troubled by uncertainties as stated by Bandura (2007). The perception of effectiveness is thus a primordial factor in motivation since it determines the challenges chosen by the individual, his efforts, his perseverance in the face of obstacles, the stress experienced and the discouragement felt when he fails. We hypothesized that the learner who has developed multiple intelligences is more likely to develop a high sense of self-efficacy. Research has revealed that Gardner's multiple intelligences are the most important predictors of learners' sense of self-efficacy.
