O knihe

The vulnerability of beliefs has ignited the flux of perceptions in its greatest impact today. We are stared in the face by the edgy division within the premises of Islam. Within the political polemics of world, at one point world is dazzled by the mystical and sufi whirling while on the other pole Islam is perceived as potentially violent doctrine. This endeavor of mine is a reflection on how the peaceful has been made political in the prospect of intelligentsia and academia. The celebrated side as against the repulsive side gives rise only to the mystified and baffled reflection of Islam in the world fraternity. Mysticism, in kinship to comparative counterpart, Transcendentalism, emerges as a world view encompassing all the peaceful and transcendental doctrines ever thought or talked about. Rumi and Emerson, in their comparison with each other, share the similar sensibilities with few deviations because of their variant adherences; both are akin in their reflections pertaining to the human progress, either spiritual or secular. To promote global peace and harmony is the immediate need of day, especially when it comes to the binarity between factual and fabricated image of faith.
