In the present studies, various laboratory tests have been conducted to study the nutraceutical value of the wheat flour in addition of waste from wild pomegranate. Wild pomegranate is one of the super fruit having huge amount of phytoconstituents. The waste from pomegranate can be used for the fortification of the wheat flour. As wheat flour is among the most consumed millet , it is very beneficial to enhance its properties.
