Late into the last quarter of the twentieth century, it has been witness an unprecedented crisis in the human race following the discovery of the seeming insurmountable viral load (HIV) compounded by its emerging allies of pathogenic infectivity, which often transmute to the deadly AIDS resulting to lethal outcome. On the other hand, face with the problem of outright eradication of the disease, research scientists have resorted to mathematical modeling for formulation of dynamic approaches of understanding the disease transmission, methodological application of therapies via optimization control theory.
