The book in question seeks to reflect on some of the realities that prevent Africa from standing on its own two feet, while at the same time proposing possible solutions in order to build a truly free and united Africa. The author reflects in the light of Jean-Marc Ela. It is clear that the overall balance sheet is negative after more than 50 years of independence, despite official speeches to the contrary. This book presents itself as an autopsy of this continent that some consider as a "meaningless appendix". However, we should not be discouraged. The determination of the sons and daughters of this continent is capable of overcoming the poverty, oppression and exploitation that Africans experience on a daily basis.
