The International Association, PAID was created in 1964, with Dr. Fernand Vincent as one of the Founding Fathers and pioneer Secretary General (1965 ¿ 1985). PAID is of Swiss origin and has its headquarters in Geneva and Yaoundé, and regional institutes in Cameroon, Zambia, Burkina Faso, and Morocco. There is also PAID Foundation in Geneva.
