Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) are considered one of the major factors causes mortality and morbidity. The main purpose of Pharmacovigilance (PV) is to identify the drug safety. The aims of this study are to evaluate the health care professional's knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) toward PV and ADRs reporting and to determine the factors that may encourage and discourage health care professionals to report ADRs in Al-Qassim hospitals in Saudi Arabia. All healthcare providers have roles to play in maintaining a balance between a medicine's benefits and risks.
