This book well describes the binding study between various bioactive molecules with bovine serum albumin, human hemoglobin, tryptophan and TX-100 micelle. The study covers fluorescence properties, UV-visible spectra, temperature effect, FRET study, Synchronous fluorescence, 3D-fluorescence, time resolved spectra, circular dichroism and Molecular docking study. The study also detects 1H NMR, 13C NMR and FT-IR of two isatin derivatives and one pyrimidine moiety and their synthetic methods. Temperature effect study shows binding affinity, binding constants and number of binding sites of protein and biologically active molecule binding interactions. Thermodynamic parameters also calculated from this determination. The FRET study between TX-100 and 2,5-diphenyl oxazol covers in both micellar and pre-micellar environment.
