The present research is a compilation of six philosophical articles that cover topics such as: politics and philosophy of education. The first text makes a reference to an analysis of each problem in the Justice and Peace Law with a nexus that is considered a true question that is presented below: first point, we can observe the questioning towards justice; in the second point, we can observe the questioning about the effectiveness of the reincorporation to a civilian life, and finally, the problem of reparation to the victims, which brings with it a term that stands out there "dignity".
