Poverty and under nutrition is an important health issue in all developing countries. Malnutrition among children reduces physical and intellectual growth. The malnourished adults end up with low education and work productivity. The Z score method is used to classify children as underweight, stunted and wasted. In order to classify adult as underweight and overweight, we have used Body Mass Index method.The sociology,economic and demographic factors are linked to children and adult malnutrition. Almost half of the deaths among under five age group children are related to malnutrition. This book gives the different factors correlated to stunting, wasting and underweight among children and adult malnutrition. The government must have education, health and employment policies for the poor people. The effective maternal and child health care policies, skills and training, bank loan to poor people will reduce the malnutrition among adults and children at some extent. Every child must be seen as window of opportunity for future human resource.
