This laboratory manual has evolved over the years to meet the needs of the undergraduate M.B.B.S. students with the aim to provide comprehensive techniques of practical medical microbiology. Besides basic techniques, the book also encompasses the clinical aspects of the subject, for e.g. the causative pathogens of the various syndromes and their specimen collection protocols.
