Primary non-degenerative dysautonomia is a pathology with inaccurate and compensatory responses from the central regulatory centers to the autonomic nervous system, very frequent in the population of all ages worldwide. Unfortunately, it is not approached from an integral point of view, due to the lack of knowledge of both the group of health professionals and the patients, so the multiple signs and symptoms (syncope, dizziness, paresthesia, dyspnea, insomnia, palpitations, constipation-diarrhea, fatigue, headache, sweating, mood alterations, chest tightness, etc.) are not always treated, thoracic oppression) are seen from different angles, i.e. "fractionated" and labeled with different diagnoses, so that patients are evaluated and treated by multiple medical specialties, for many years with poor or moderate results, causing frustration, stress, negative impact on quality of life and the development of comorbidities. A review of the subject is made, for dissemination and comprehensive knowledge of the pathology and in the area of Otorhinolaryngology.
