O knihe

Several entities define it as a cavity, a cancer, ... Everyone can qualify corruption as he wants but what is sure is that: it represents a real brake for developing economies, especially those of Africa. Indeed, corruption is a costly scourge that constitutes one of the main obstacles to the structural transformation of the African continent. Fighting corruption requires concrete actions from governors in particular and then from the governed (in states with a high rate of corruption). Much literature has pointed the finger at the public sector as the source of corruption. But it turns out that the public sector is not the only one involved in the maintenance of corruption. Indeed, some studies show that the private sector is also involved in this vice in developing countries. However, the ambition to reduce or even eliminate corruption in the countries affected by it (those of Africa) will be an asset for them to improve their income in terms of resources since these are scarce; and also allowing them to reach their economic peak.
