O knihe
Problem becomes unsolvable when experts in the specific area of human activities cannot find the solution that is not accompanied with intolerable drawbacks. Why that happens? Experts' mindset and expertise are limited by commonly accepted rules, principles and approaches that create the core of their area of activities. When these rules stop working adequately, the erroneous decisions are made. It looks like only a stranger whose mind is not limited by such rules can look at the problem from different standpoint and solve it. However, a stranger cannot find an efficient, implementable solution. He cannot even imagine all reasons why implementation might fail. This is the first important reason why stranger's solution wouldn't be acceptable. The second reason is, this solution does not belong to people who would be involved in implementation. They are not motivated to implement, they are not motivated to solve the subsequent issues when they arise. What could be done? The only solution to this quandary is, "experts, on their own, should solve the problem they couldn't solve before." Stranger can guide them, but solution is theirs. This is the key argument for facilitation.
