O knihe
The woman wrote about her body because of her belief that literature is not limited to entering open doors only, but because she believed that its main function is to open closed doors and breaking through the walls of silence, and writing is primarily for the self. "Kitabat al-Jasad"- body Writing is a term that refers to the feminist writing that stems from the body. The term was coined by Julia Kristeva in 1974 in her book Revolution of Language in Poetry. It is noticed that there is a noticeable rapprochement between writing and the body in the contemporary human imagination, especially in the feministic imagination. In addition, since the end of the last century, writing no more means writing about the woman¿s experience within her society as much as offering broad spaces to the body and pushing the relationship between writing and the body to the farthest borders of intertwinement and correlation. Here, we can recall Helene Cixous, who stressed the need of feminist writing to be concerned with writing about the body, and in fact, to be exclusive to the body. She called the women writers to put their bodies in their writing.
