Disability is a very gigantic term that includes various categories of people with different characteristics. Disabled Participation in physical activity has a role to play in personal development. It improves physiological and mental functioning and gives rise to feelings of physical, psychological and social competence. Among all physical activities swimming is considered as one of the most useful activity, because it can be adapted to the need and capabilities of almost every type of disabled. Sport psychologists have pointed out the importance of psycho¬logical skills training for athletes with physical disabilities. Given the value of sports to athletes with disabilities and to accept the challenge to extend sport opportunities, this research documented the meaning and importance that swimmers with disabilities. The study has compared the psychological profile of National and International Disables Swimmers of India on selected psychological variables. It provide the better understanding of the deprive field of Disables Swimmers.
