O knihe
Public Universities and research culture development in the emerging economies of Sub-Saharan Africa. The author came up with a paradigm shift of public universities governance dynamics and prosperous research culture development book. It is aimed at providing an overview of public governance dynamics and research culture development in higher education sector in Uganda. The reader and users of this book will gain values and public universities innovations explore views on how to improve on the quality of research work within Great Lakes Region. This initiative covers a qualitative-multiple case study and gives empirical evidence from Uganda. These are informed by interviews, focus group discussions and documentary review methods facilitate the data collection process. However, the book sensitizes the community leadership system and policy context lacks proper mechanisms to engender practical development and the monitoring of the research work. The authors of this book, therefore, intend to inspire the reader and researchers in universities in Uganda to develop an innovative aspiration for prosperous research culture in the emerging economies of Sub-Saharan Africa.
