The purpose of this book is to check on Moroccans' attitudes towards the outcomes of the new family code of 2004 and its application in relation to under-aged married girls and other issues respectively like marriage, divorce, child custody, and polygamy. It includes two parts; the first one reflects the theoretical part, which involves two major sections; namely, the history of feminism in the United States of America, its three major waves of feminism in the west as well as its early feminist philosophers. As for the second section, it deals with a brief history of women's movement, the royal initiatives in relation to Moroccan women, women's position within the political parties, the emergence of women movement and its basic groups.
