EOCABreast cancer is the most common type of cancer and the second leading cause of cancer death among women in the Americas. Objective: clinical tumor characteristics and molecular markers in diabetic patients with breast cancer in the province of Pinar del Río. Method: observational, transversal and analytical study in the Oncological Patient Care Center Third Congress during the period from 2016_2021. The universe consisted of 116 female patients diagnosed with breast cancer between January 2007 and December 2011. Two groups were established, one of 30 diabetic patients and the other of 86 non-diabetic patients. Results: The average age was 55 years with 11.7 standard deviation with no differences between the two groups. The 40.5% of patients have a history of hypertension, representing 80% of diabetic women. 90% of the tumors in diabetic patients are in the T2 category with absence of patients in T3. 70% of diabetic patients are in the N1_N2 categories of metastatic lymph nodes. According to molecular subtypes 90% were estrogen receptor in diabetic patients.
