The demonstrated negative impacts of the three prioritized TADs on the feedlots operators' are not the only consequence documented where financial impact assessment was conducted but also other downstream actors in the value chain, including livestock producers, traders, farm attendants, veterinarians, as well as other, non-agricultural sectors. If exports are to continue to increase, certainly national herd off-take continue to increase which enhance the income of producers. Similarly, the presence of a disease can affect consumer acceptance of animal products which will affect producer incomes, not only in the area in which the disease outbreak occurred but also elsewhere in the country. Impact of those diseases in feedlots may extend to these stakeholders participating in the value chain even if they do not own livestock.
