This book aims to help Ilocano speakers have access to accounts and stories of the world's great historical figures in the language they are comfortable with. The target audience of this book are all Ilocano speakers both in the Philippines and those in the international diaspora. The Ilocanos are the most-diasporic social group of the Philippines.
