This paper aims to recover the experience of the Luis Donaldo Colosio School in the implementation of the "Full-Time Schools Program" and its relationship with school management autonomy. The teachers carried out collaborative projects in which all the educational actors were involved: parents, teachers, directors, supervisors and of course, especially the students.
