Only 50.61% of children in the urban commune of Say attended school in 2012. In order to better understand the reasons for such a catastrophe, in a context where education for all is advocated, we will attempt through this book, and by adopting a qualitative approach, to understand the perceptions that parents have of school and the strategies they put forward to enroll or not their children in the urban commune of Say.
