Canada is receiving a sizable number of asylum seekers. Both public and private institutions are availing settlement services in order to facilitate the integration of asylum seekers in Canada. The available literature however, indicates that the public settlement services are inadequate to facilitate the successful integration of asylum seekers in Canada.
