O knihe
The monograph presents the results of the socio-psychological study of group reliability under optimal, stressful and extreme conditions. The work opens a new direction of group research, which consists of a combination of functional and structural-dynamic approaches to the study of joint activity and group behavior. The author defined a set of socio-psychological factors and socio-psychological mechanisms of actualization of reliability of small groups in changing social conditions, proposed the concept of group reliability and formulated a dynamic approach to the study of behavior and joint activities of the group under different social conditions. During the socio-psychological experiment it was established that the combination of subjectness, organization and reliability provides small group status of the subject of joint activity, communication and relations, the causal connection between organization and reliability of the group was established. The results are used by practical psychologists for the diagnosis, correction and formation of reliable groups, found application in educational institutions (training of psychologists and teachers), in the public authorities of the region.
