Dalit women labour has been an important segments of the workforce of India. With the changing socio-economic scenario, women's productive roles have assumed various and new dimensions. Dalit women rise to many problems and difficulties for them by way of exploitation, discrimination and dismal working conditions. The problems of Dalit women difficulties got multiplied due to their peculiar social, biological and psychological conditions and also their illiteracy and ignorance.
