This book is a pioneering, innovative work in a field that has so far been very neglected when it comes to school education - that is, education. Upbringing is particularly important from a social point of view for humanitarian reasons, affecting everyone, society as a whole and the world. This book is the first attempt at an integrated approach to upbringing - a comprehensive support for health and harmonious development. The book combines the latest developments in the theory of child development with an original approach, as it uses both psychosynthesis (the psychology of the whole person, including his spiritual aspect) and the author's medical knowledge. It looks at human development from a holistic perspective - both in the case of health and disease (pathology).
