O knihe
The global economy is a large complex network of relationships, involving investors, businesses, consumers, government institutions, environmental organizations, nature and territories with their own culture. However, this paper focuses on companies, because they are the cells of the economy. Information, products, services, money, ideas and human relations flow through them. Currently, many companies are responsible for negative effects on society and the environment, being the cause of this the asymmetric relations of the company with society, the environment and the spirit. This asymmetry is born from an economy centered on the human being, disregarding the other living species of the planet. Contributing to this problem is the reductionist training of those who run companies, whose standardised content is reproduced in economics faculties and business schools around the world. For this reason, it is proposed to merge business management with the Mapuche philosophy, adapting models that reflect the complexity of the company, promoting symmetrical relationships with their environment, which are necessary to evolve harmoniously.
