These compounds have received considerable attention due to the wide range of pharmacological activities. The present work entitled Synthesis, of novel potent nitrogen/sulphur containing heterocycles illustrate the synthesis of libraries of chalcones, chromones, pyrazolines, pyrazoles, isoxazolines, 1,5 benzothiazepines, Schiff's bases, a-aminophosphonates, thiazolidin-4-ones, and 1,3-diketones etc. incorporated with pyridine, thiophene and isoxazole moieties.
