O knihe
This book focus on the (Albert & Whetten, 1985) model of organizational identity reference which the authors ascribed organizational identity as a concept that makeup claims about what was central, unique, and enduring about an organization's identity, focusing also on the various theories that have referenced the seminal work of Albert & Whetten (1985) literature. The book also looked at organisational identity in a social actor and social constructionist perspective. Organisational culture originates from two major disciplines (Anthropology and Sociology). This book will look at organisational culture in these two fields and see how these disciplines perceive organisational culture. It will focus on Hatch & Schultz's model of organizational identity, culture and image, and how from the authors view related and differentiated these two terms 'organizational culture' and 'organizational identity', and how organisational identity interlinks to organisational culture - while also, extensively reviewing different organisational culture, identity and change process theorists who have referenced this model and how to effectively manage organisational change management process.
