O knihe
The States of French-speaking Black Africa gained independence in the 1960s. The model of the liberal constitution modelled on the French model was adopted for the Republic of Congo, Brazzaville. The advent of Commander Marien Ngouabi following a popular uprising led to the adoption of the Soviet constitutional model characterized by the principle of unity of power and the creation of the Congolese Labor Party with Marxist-Leninist ideology. If in the West there is the separation of the Party from the State, because there is a multi-party system, the Congolese Party of Labour is a single party, the State is an instrument at the service of the Party which must prepare the advent of the communist society. The Great Evening advocated by Karl Max in 1990 is the Perestroika in the Soviet Union. Africa was not spared, the West imposed a multi-party system. The Congo adopted a liberal constitution. The Congolese Labour Party loses power, but eventually recovers it following free and transparent elections on the Western model to this day.
