This book delves into the role and performance of the Electoral Commission of Kenya (ECK) in the management of the electoral process in Kenya between 1992 and 2002.Due to the complexity of the electoral processing Kenya and the wide scope of the electoral body, the book thematic structure is based on three objectives.
