The man introduces himself as Bryan Nappy. Before the end of the hour, Paul and Bryan are pursued, shot at, and almost kidnapped. In desperation, Bryan pulls a pen-sized device from his pocket to summon assistance. But, their escape is not measured in miles, but centuries, and lands them in the year 2110.
