The current book examines the three most influential private financial organisation. All of them cover financial markets with trillions around the word. The role of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) and the Loan Market Association (LMA) have become more important since the last global financial crisis in 2007/8 and the discussion whether or not markets should be regulated publicly or by themselves.
