O knihe
As a result of the precarious conditions that the African continent is experiencing in this contemporary era, immigration is seen as a solution to the socio-economic problems of young Africans. The latter are haunted by the Manichean idea that happiness exists in the West. It is obvious that many young Africans perish in the Mediterranean Sea. In this context, this work tries to show the consequences of African immigration by using the novel "The Source of Joy" by Daniel Biyaoula. The novel reveals the concrete realities of African immigrants in Paris. This is why this work seeks to analyze the context of African immigration, the migratory itinerary of the hero and the novelistic technique in the literary space of the novel. However, this research illustrates essentially the African immigration under the two plans: social plan and economic plan. The work concludes that happiness is constructed.
