The Valley Of Silent Men A Story Of The Three River Country is a fictional story book written by James Oliver Curwood. James Kent, who is terminally sick and may not have many days left to live, chooses to confess to a murder in order to save the life of an innocent man. No one, especially Marette, an enigmatic girl who had just recently appeared in Athabasca Landing, believed his confession.
