O knihe
Fly ash is a by-product from coal based power plants and steel industries. These are dumped around in open spaces and create a hazard for the environment. The biological specimens habituating in these dumps were first time reported by the authors. In this study the authors have studied the macro and micro fauna habituating in the fly ash discharge water. Characterized by changing temperature, amount of fly ash and its fluctuations in different seasons. This study is again done and reported by the authors for the first time. This study focuses on the microorganisms who adjust themselves to various ranging temperatures, adjusting to the irregular and uneven flow of water.in central part of India. The bio-habitat in focus is entirely man-made with minimum anthropogenic activities in the water. This work will enhance the knowledge of students and researchers interested in extraordinary aquatic habitat.
