This book is about a journey from me to "I," a journey that is a lifelong process into the beautiful ocean of the unknown. Once we become knowledgeable about who we are, we can stride into this unknown enthusiastically, and without fear, anxiety, and regret. We can allow ourselves to go with the flow, just because it is the way to go; we simply ACCEPT the unknown as another part of our being. This sense of true acceptance comes only with knowledge and awareness of ourselves and our surroundings. Without these two, our acceptance is motivated by fear, or some form of procrastination, apathy, or some other reason that is not related to true acceptance.
