Theoretical significance of this monographic study is determined by the development of human potential management theory in the context of organizational changes under modern conditions. Theoretical ideas and research findings reveal new directions for studying the structure and functions of management in the management of organizations as economic systems, enhance understanding of multidimensional and complex character of organizational changes in their relationship with human development.
