The Urban Travel Plan (UTP) is the guiding document for the agglomeration's travel policy. It sets out the medium- and long-term travel policy guidelines for the urban area within the PTU (urban transport area). The PDU includes projects for the development of the public transport network and ideas for actions that need to be studied in greater detail before they are implemented.
