The inspiration for undertaking this research work is Prof.M.S.Swaminathan, the father of Green Revolution who has contributed to the enhancement of agriculture and rural knowledge through the concept of 'Every village become a Knowledge centre', 'Reaching the unreached' and "Voicing the voiceless".
