Why Aviation Trainings?

It has always been an issue of human resources to find the right people for the right position at the right time with the proper cost in the whole business life. Of course, the same human resources rule also applies for the aviation. It is very critical to hire the right people for the right position. Additionally it is also very crucial to train the right people and retain them. Nevertheless, a severe issue that has to be kept in the mind is that training plays a vital role in the destiny of an organization and of course it absence can sometimes cause destructions and failures. In aviation trainings, the standarts have been one of the important things that has been questioned. According to what criteria this training should be given? When? Where? How? With which tools? By whom?etc. have been among the significant questions related with the standarts.
