This book discusses the worklife balance (WLB) of women employees working in banking sector specifically in urban and rural areas. Work life balance is an emerging concept in HR in the content of modern organizations. The framework of the book is focused on the worklife balance problems of women employees in banking sector. This book gives few suggestions to check and maintain their worklife balance.It is concluded that the level of women employees' satisfaction on work life balance in personal and work life satisfaction is higher for the women employees of nationalised banks than in private sector banks.
