The book consists of two parts.

Conversations with the family and friends living in different parts of the world sharing their thoughts, anxieties, worries, experiences and the wonders of nature they appreciated when individual life style was slowed down due to restrictions in movement making people come close to their surroundings and each other, while most of the other entertainment were restricted due to social distancing are presented in poems with the Author's insight..

Chapter II: Tapestry of life consists of poems written on life and experiences, living in a small village in Sri Lanka, the simple and relaxed lifestyle of the people the ancient customs and beliefs, teachings from Buddhist texts and Hindu holy books seeking personal freedom, insight and wisdom, which had an impact on the people and the culture and lifestyle through generations are presented with love and humor.
