Cultural identity is just like backbones for holistic development of human being. Hence a person or people without culture are regarded those without a foundation and direction. This book is therefore aim at promoting and safeguarding the skills, techniques, norms, values, beliefs, indigenous knowledge and languages alongside supporting actors and institutions that promote culture and strengthen Uganda's diverse cultural identities to uphold the existing heritage in this case for the Acoli community sustainable development.
