Administrative management, which consists of planning, structuring, carrying out and inspecting a specific task in order to achieve goals through the use of individuals and other resources, is a key element in any company. Therefore, effective administration allows to achieve many objectives. In relation to labor conflicts, these arise from different perspectives when discrepancies cannot be solved.
